MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Description :
:
Ü Adhere to all safety & environmental guidelines, policies and procedures;
Ü When required, take part in incident and near miss investigations including reports;
Ü Operate production equipment and machinery to expected performance levels;
Ü Must be able to maintain all plant machineries and equipment in good condition.
Ü Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals;
Ü Work as a team member by assisting crew members with setups, troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments;
Ü Perform quality checks on all products;
Ü Perform basic asset care duties and routine preventative maintenance on equipment;
Ü Keep work area clean before, after and throughout shift;
Ü Support their supervisor of any suggestions for improvement of the work system;
Ü Any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualification :
Ü MALE, Max. 26 years old;
Ü Min. High School Diploma (SMA/ SMK) from Engineering majors;
Ü Must have strong Passion to Operate All production PVC RIGID Machine
Ü MUST have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment;
Ü Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment;
Ü Willing to learn a new things;
Ü Willing and able to work a rotating, 8 – 12 hour shift;
Ü Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (NGORO - MOJOKERTO);
Ü Those who are domiciled near NGORO-MOJOKERTO area, are preferred
