MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR 

Job Descriptions: 

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Department by ensuring equipment is operating at premium levels. You will resolve equipment problems quickly and efficiently and ensure there is minimal down-time. In addition, you will oversee the purchasing of technical goods and services particularly spareparts.

You will identify key opportunities for both improvement and implementation of suitable solutions and support the improvement process. This will be achieved through participation in key team meetings and assisting with the implementation and deployment of solutions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish guidelines to monitor the performance of the predictive/ preventive maintenance programs;
  • Maintaining plant equipment specifications;
  • Carry out Troubleshooting/Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) and prepare Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules, including materials and manpower resources;
  • Spares and inventory cost controls;
  • Perform safety and quality audits / observations within the department to detect existing or potential accident hazards, or quality defects;
  • Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA’s (Job Safety and Health Analysis) to eliminate safety hazards;
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • MALE, max. 35 years old;
  • Min. Diploma in MECHANICAL Engineering, ELECTRICAL Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering;
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience as Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment;
  • Experience in maintenance program of Calendering Machinery, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Air Conditioning, etc would be a plus point;
  • MUST have knowledge of PLC, Influx Electrical AC/DC;
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Excellent project management with analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills;
  • MUST have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7-Quality Tools, and other trouble-shooting, problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Risk Management would be a plus point;
  • Willing to deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (NGORO - MOJOKERTO);
  • Those who are domiciled in JAWA TIMUR or near Mojokerto area, are preferred.
