MAINTENANCE cum PROCESS ENGINEER (DESIGN IMPROVEMENT)

 

Job description :

As a Maintenance  Cum. Process Engineer (Design Improvement), you will be responsible for supporting the Production Department by ensuring equipment is operating at premium levels. You will resolve equipment problems quickly and efficiently and ensure there is minimal down-time And you will be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. It will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.The responsibilities are:

  • Establish guidelines to monitor the performance of the predictive/ preventive maintenance programs;
  • Maintaining plant equipment specifications;
  • Carry out Troubleshooting/Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) and prepare Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules, including materials and manpower resources;
  • Spares and inventory cost controls;
  • Perform safety and quality audits / observations within the department to detect existing or potential accident hazards, or quality defects;
  • Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA’s (Job Safety and Health Analysis) to eliminate safety hazards;
  • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
  • Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Perform process simulations
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Male, Max. 30 years old;
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in MECHANICAL Engineering from a reputable university;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferable having at least one (1) year working experiences in the same position;
  • MUST have a strong passion in Maintenance Management (including TPM, Procurement, etc), Project Management and Industry 4.0;
  • MUST have strong Interpersonal skills, Leadership and Communication skills;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (NGORO – MOJOKERTO);
  • Those who are domiciled near NGORO-MOJOKERTO area, are preferred.
