ASSISTANT HRD & GA MANAGER

Job description:

As an ASSISTANT HRD & GA MANAGER, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic support in the full spectrum of human resources & general affairs functions pertaining to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, HR policies & procedures, training & development and manpower planning, safety, 5R, security, etc.

 

Qualifications : 

  • Max. 26 years old;
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in SAFETY Engineering, HR Management from a reputable university;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • MUST have knowledge in 5S, Risk and Environmental Assessment, UKL-UPL, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Control, Environmental Aspect Impact, Job Safety Analysis, Fire Safety Equipment & System, PPE, etc; 
  • Sound knowledge of Indonesia employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Sound knowledge of human resource management and general affair; 
  • MUST have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001; 
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (NGORO - MOJOKERTO);
  • Those who are domiciled near NGORO-MOJOKERTO area, are preferred.
